We appreciate the opportunity for your business. Your Anderlyn Desk should provide years of service due to its durable, high quality construction. We are confident that our anti fatigue desk is the best available and that you will feel a remarkable difference while performing your daily tasks. However, if you are unhappy with your Anderlyn Desk for any reason, please see our return and warranty policies below.

Returns Policy:
If you are not satisfied with this product you may return it for a refund or exchange within the first 30 days after you have received the product. Product must be purchased directly from Anderlyn Desk Company.  A 20% ($40) restocking fee, per desk, will be charged on all returns. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges not attributable to warranted defects or mis-shipment on the part of Anderlyn Desk Company. The product must be returned in the following manner: All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material.  The desk must be in original condition, i.e. free on any scratches or damaged parts. If you are returning the item because it was damaged in transit, we'll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise so long as we are notified within 48 hours after signing for the delivery. Prior to returning the product to us, you must email us at sales@anderlyndesk.com and obtain a Return Authorization Number. You will receive a reference number, a ship to address, and packing instructions so that we can process your return. We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in this manner.

Warranty Agreement:
Anderlyn Desk Company warrants to the purchaser of this Product ("Purchaser") that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service (the "Warranty") for 1 year (365) days from the date of delivery (the "Warranty Period"). "Normal use and service" means that the product is used in an indoor environment. Product warning observed: 25lbs maximum weight on top of desk. Do not sit or stand on desk. Use with flat screen monitor or laptop only. A Product in breach of the Warranty during the Warranty Period shall be considered a "Defective Product." Purchaser may return the Defective Product, at Purchaser's sole expense, to the Seller during the Warranty Period for a money-back refund (the "Thirty-Day, Money-Back Refund"). The Thirty-Day, Money-Back Refund shall be the sole and exclusive remedy breach of the Warranty. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS WARRANTY AGREEMENT CONTAIN THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY RELATING TO THIS PRODUCT AND ARE IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTY OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF SELLER. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT RECEIVED BY SELLER FROM THE PURCHASER OF THIS PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE TO ANYONE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY AGREEMENT.

     We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your person information.

    We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and we are required to keep the information confidential.  After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

     We do not use cookies.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

     We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.  This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.  We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.  However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

    Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act.  We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

     We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age.  Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
